Align is partnering with the Mass Save® Residential HEAT Loan Program to offer no-interest loans, available for home energy efficiency improvements. As a participating lender, we offer these no-interest loans on qualifying improvements.

How to Qualify

  • Owner occupied 1 -4 family residence
  • Obtain a Mass Save® Home Energy Assessment by calling 866-527-7283
  • Install a qualified energy efficiency upgrades recommended by a Mass Save® energy specialist

Availability

HEAT Loans are available to customers of Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, Unitil Electric, and municipal electric customers served by Columbia Gas of Massachusetts or Liberty Utilities.

Customers must meet program eligibility requirements to participate. Eligibility for the HEAT Loan Program is based on completing a Home Energy Assessment and pre-approval.
